Your athlete will learn:

Neural Prep (RPR) for High Intensity Work

Joint Prep (Sig 6) for High Impact Collisions like Sprinting

Proper Speed Drills for Warmup

Proper Takeoff Technique

Proper Lead Leg and Trail Leg Technique

The Importance Rhythm in Hurdling

Landing Technique to Properly Come off the Hurdle

3-Step Rhythm Practice for the 100m and 110m Hurdles

Alternating Lead Leg Practice for the 300m Hurdles

Importance of Recovery Post Workouts

Campers will also:

Time Various Sprints over Hurdles

Learn Sprint Specific Strength Exercises

Learn about our high school track teams and how to be a track and field athlete

Why we train the way we do and the importance of training speed year round

Camp Fee Includes:

LCP Hurdles Shirt, Instruction on Hurdling, Measures Sheet including all logged sprint times

Any campers who register after June 4th will not be guaranteed a shirt.
